FINANCE

Our finance associate has over 40 years experience of banking and commercial lending and is well placed to provide advice and assistance on all aspects. Emphasis is always placed on looking at both short and long term profitability and we can assist by way of reviewing any existing borrowings with a view to liaising with your current lender to improve terms.

Through our extensive panel of lenders we can achieve the finest rates and best terms available should you be looking to raise finance for further expansion, improvement or extension.

TRAINING

Our trainer has over 10 years experience of training staff in all mandatory subjects including manual handling, infection control, health and safety, Safeguarding adults and food hygiene. Training offered also includes dementia, management, supervision and appraisal. Our trainer is an NVQ assessor, Internal Verifier , teaches the leadership and management qualification which has replaced the Registered Managers’ Award and holds her teaching certificate in education. All of our courses are NVQ compatible. Workshops can be arranged to take new care staff through their Induction Training. Other courses are offered by TJS Care Consultancy and once again a bespoke package of training can be set up according to the individual needs of each client.

CARE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

TJS Care Consultancy can assist providers to instigate a care management software system within the home which will meet the CQC requirements. Managers, nurses and care assistants will all find it easy to use. It will enable them to easily write care plans, daily notes, risk assessments and health assessments to name just a few of the benefits and will remind staff when they sign on when care plans and assessments are due for review.

BUYING AND SELLING

Should you be thinking of selling, TJS Care Consultancy can assist by helping you to accomplish your maximum potential. Having reached your goals, TJS Care Consultancy can liaise with agents prior to valuation in order to achieve the maximum price. Alternatively, should you wish to expand your business and purchase another home, TJS Care Consultancy can once again act as mediator with the agent and if required, accompany you on viewings and advise you on purchases.
