We would like to thank TJS Care Consultancy so much for the help and support given to us during our recent crisis. We contacted TJS at the end of March as we had undergone 2 inspections from CQC rating us with 0 stars. Although we had tried to remedy things ourselves, it didn't seem to help and CQC asked us to cease taking any further admissions until standards improved. TJS Care Consultancy worked with us ensuring that standards were improved in all areas and not just in our weak ones. As a result, within just 3 months, we went from 0 Star rating to 2 Star rating and are happily back on track.

...These superb care homes are situated in Worthing and are registered for 22 elderly and 17 nursing EMI residents respectively. Together, the homes deliver the highest level of residential care in the area which has been acknowledged by the CSCI with the awarding of 3 stars and 2 star rating for which is envisaged will improve to an excellent rating within the next year.
